Brady

The Brady house is compact and efficient, just like your mini-cooper. This magnificent piece of craftsmanship features 1 loft bedroom with space for an office, a living room nook, an L-shaped kitchen with full size appliances, a stacked washer/dryer closet, and a spacious bathroom with floor to ceiling storage. The Brady is perfect for the nomadic individual (or couple) that desire a hip affordable landing pad to unwind after exploring the world, all while saving green on their utility bills so they can gear up to travel again. To help save even more green the Brady model’s windows are some of the most energy efficient European windows on the market.

Malcom

The Malcom is our smallest model, but the awesome factor is out of this world. The Malcom is perfect for you (and your partner-in-crime) to live simply and experience all life has to offer. Utilizing every inch of its 408 square feet, the Malcom features a spacious kitchen with full size appliances, a bathroom with a stand-up, glass shower, full-size washer/dryer under the stairs, living and dining nook, and a loft bedroom with enough space for a queen bed and your pet elephant. Or clothes, whichever you prefer. Although our smallest model the Malcom will also include some of the most energy efficient European windows on the market.

Dunn

The Dunn is our largest model, weighing in at 575 SF. This home was designed in honor of the finest wood shop teacher there ever was, Mr. Dunn. He expected the highest quality products of his students, and we’re bringing that to you with this model. The split roof design lets light into every room, so all of your plants and pet rocks will survive. With 2 spacious bedrooms, a large bath/laundry room and an open living/kitchen/dining area, you won’t find anything tiny about this home. The Dunn also includes the most energy efficient European windows on the market.

Winston

The Winston is 560 SF of single-level, lofted ceiling, excitement. Universally designed for anyone, but specially designed to meet ADA requirements for those who need it. Not only does the design mimic the Midwest ranch style, you’ll also have a beautiful patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or simply do whatever you feel like because it’s your patio! But hey, maybe you don’t like outside activities and that’s completely okay.  This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom abode features our signature kitchen with all standard size appliances, a bathroom complete with roll-in shower and washer/dryer, and an open living room with small dining area. Like our other models the Winston will also include same energy efficient and durable European windows.

Bert

Coming in at a whopping 786 square feet, the Bert model is a force to be reckoned with. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this model has some punch!  An open concept on the first floor allows for plenty of countertop space and a living room to entertain friends, family or even the in-laws.  What’s that? You like to do yoga outside but don’t want to get rained on?  If only we had a covered deck on the second…..Oh, wait! Upstairs you’ll find the second bedroom and bathroom, and a covered deck that will make your yoga, coffee sipping, and storm watching dreams come true! In true microMansion fashion, the Bert comes with our energy–efficient envelope and durable, European windows and doors.

Merlin

The Merlin is 680 square feet of unabridged, modern, decadence. Another highly anticipated, single-level floor plan, this model is easily configurable! 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for student housing or dorm alternatives; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for the small family; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for the nomad who has the occasional guest; And, if you want to get crazy with entertainment space, you could have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a lot of open space! Walking in, you will find a cozy living area with a beautiful, high ceiling, open to the kitchen with island seating.  Always standard with our energy–efficient envelope and durable European windows and doors, the Merlin may just have everything you’re looking for.
